Delivery

  • Coverage: Free standard delivery throughout the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don’t deliver outside the UK.
  • Cost: Free standard delivery on all orders. £0.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Cut-off: 2:00 p.m. UK time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.
  • Couriers: BJS, DX, DHL, XDP, FedEx, UPS, or another suitable partner depending on the order.

Returns

  • Change of mind: You have 14 days to cancel under your statutory right, with a further discretionary window up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: Your rights here aren’t limited to the above window — contact us and we’ll sort a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Before sending anything back: Email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can authorise the return and confirm the process. Don’t send items to our fulfilment address — that location doesn’t accept returns.
