We sell new electric bikes. Product pages provide information about each model, including its specifications, price and availability, to help customers choose a bike that suits their needs.

Before ordering, please review the specifications and road-use information for your chosen model. EAPC compliance depends on the bike’s specifications and configuration. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about a particular model.

Free UK Delivery and Order Fulfilment

We offer free standard delivery on all orders throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Our estimated total delivery time is 3–7 working days, including 1–2 working days for order processing and 2–5 working days in transit after dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day, and the delivery estimate is calculated from that day. Working days (also called business days) are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Electric Bike Returns and Warranty Support

For a return, contact us so we can arrange collection and provide instructions. Please follow our instructions before sending a product to any address. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, return periods, product-condition requirements, collection costs and refunds.

New electric bikes come with a 12-month limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Our Warranty Policy explains the cover, exclusions and claim process. This warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.

For help with a fault or other product issue, send us your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs or videos to help assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next steps.

Payments and Personal Information

Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (£). Checkout shows the final amount payable and the payment options available for your order before you pay.

Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe. Other payment options are available when displayed at checkout. See our Payment Policy for details.
