VIPCOO VS6 Electric Scooter

The VIPCOO VS6 is a folding electric scooter built around an aluminium-alloy and iron frame with 10-inch tubeless tyres. Its adjustable handlebar and quick-fold construction make storage and transport more practical, while the chassis is configured for leisure riding and suitable private-land use. A seat is not supplied as standard and must be purchased separately if required.

Power comes from a 48V 1000W brushless hub motor with a maximum published speed of 28 mph. The scooter uses throttle-controlled electric drive and a large colour dashboard that displays riding information. NFC functionality provides tap-to-unlock access, adding a convenient electronic security feature to the scooter’s control system.

The VS6 uses a 48V 18.2Ah lithium battery with a maximum published range of approximately 34 miles per charge. Charging is handled by a 54.6V 2A charger, with a stated charging time of approximately eight to nine hours. The battery capacity is designed to support longer private-land journeys while powering the 1000W drive system.

Actual riding range varies according to rider weight, speed, acceleration, gradients, surface conditions, tyre pressure, temperature, wind and stopping frequency. Continuous high-speed riding and steeper terrain increase electrical consumption, while lower speeds and smoother conditions can reduce battery demand. The 34-mile figure therefore represents the maximum published range rather than a fixed distance for every journey.

The VS6 combines 10-inch tubeless tyres with front and rear dual swingarm spring suspension. This suspension arrangement helps reduce vibration and impacts over uneven surfaces, while the tubeless tyre construction reduces dependence on inner tubes and can lower the likelihood of certain puncture-related failures. The combination is suited to mixed surfaces where private riding is permitted.

Braking is handled by front and rear mechanical disc brakes supported by an electronic brake. Equipment includes a large colour LCD display, NFC smart unlock, adjustable handlebar and folding frame. Published scooter weight is approximately 61.7 lb, while maximum stated load is approximately 265 lb. The manufacturer also states an IPX4 splash-resistance rating.

With its 1000W motor, 48V 18.2Ah battery, 28 mph maximum speed and approximately 34-mile maximum published range, the VIPCOO VS6 combines longer-distance capability with folding practicality and smart-access features. In the UK, privately owned electric scooters cannot currently be ridden legally on public roads, pavements, cycle lanes or other public spaces and should only be used on private land with the landowner’s permission.
