PVY Z20 Ultra Folding Belt Drive Electric Bike

The PVY Z20 Ultra is a folding electric bike built around an upgraded 6061 aluminium frame and 20 × 1.95-inch tyres. Its compact folding format is designed for commuting, everyday transport and easier storage, while an adjustable stem, integrated rear rack and mudguards add practical features for regular use. The full bike weighs approximately 46 lb including the battery and supports a maximum published load of approximately 330 lb.

Electric assistance is provided by a Zispeed 250W brushless motor integrated with an automatic 3-speed internal gear system and a published maximum torque of 40Nm. Greater motor assistance, steeper climbs and heavier loads increase electrical consumption, while moderate pedal assistance and steady riding can extend the distance achieved from a charge. The approximately 75-mile figure should therefore be treated as the maximum published pedal-assist range rather than a fixed distance for every journey.

The Z20 Ultra uses 20 × 1.95-inch tyres together with an aluminium rigid front fork rather than a suspension system. Its upgraded 6061 aluminium frame provides the structural base, while the carbon belt drive replaces a conventional exposed chain for cleaner, quieter drivetrain operation. The automatic internal gear hub houses its three-speed gearing within the rear hub, removing the need for a conventional external derailleur.

Braking is handled by mechanical brakes with a motor power-cut function, while equipment includes an LCD display, integrated rear light with brake-light functionality and a high-output front light.
